• Product Information: We strive to be as accurate as possible with the product descriptions, images, and pricing of our exclusive saree collections. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, colours, or other content are fully accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. The actual colours you see may vary depending on your computer monitor or device display settings. All weights, sizes, and measurements are approximate.
• Availability: All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer.
• Retail and Online: Products are available for purchase both through our physical retail store and via our online Website. Pricing, promotions, and stock levels may vary between the retail store and the Website.
• Customisation / Alterations: If any product offers customisation or alteration, specific terms, including non-cancellation and non-return policies, will apply and will be clearly communicated on the product page.

• Offer and Acceptance: Placing an order on the Website constitutes an offer to purchase the product(s). Your order is accepted by us only upon the dispatch of the product(s) and a confirmation email to you. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including for reasons such as product unavailability, errors in pricing or product information, or payment issues.
• Pricing: All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of GST, unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already accepted and dispatched.
• Payment: We accept various payment methods as indicated on the Website. By submitting an order, you represent and warrant that you are legally authorised to use the payment method provided.

• Delivery Coverage: We currently offer shipping only within India. We do not support or process international shipments at this time. Any order placed for delivery outside India will be cancelled, and a refund will be processed.
• Delivery Time: Estimated delivery times (4 to 5 working days) are provided as a guideline only. We are not liable for any delays caused by external factors such as courier delays, natural disasters, or public holidays.
• Risk of Loss: The risk of loss and title for items purchased from the Website pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
• Delivery Address: You must provide a complete and accurate delivery address. We are not responsible for delivery issues arising from incomplete or incorrect address information provided by you.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

• Cancellation: Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped / dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Customised orders may not be cancellable once work has begun.
• Returns & Refunds: Our detailed Return and Refund Policy is available and is incorporated into these Terms. We generally accept returns only for products that are defective, damaged, or significantly different from the description, provided the return is initiated within 1 day of delivery and the product is unused, unworn, unwashed, and with original tags and packaging intact. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 2 business days after the returned product passes inspection.
